3rd Born of
the family line, he was born from Blackwell's 3rd wife Lia MoonGlow. A young
sunelf whom despite her own illness sought to bear her husband a son, an died in
the process.
Frail in comparison to his siblings wither young or old, Lucian was born with a
rare illness that would have cost him his life by age 21 had drastic measures
not been taken. Thanks to his family, he has managed to at least for now thawt
death, an continue with his studys.
